We collect information only when you make an online reservation or when you join Friends of La Fonda. There is no instance in which we collect personal information without your knowledge and consent, and the information requested is the minimum necessary to perform a particular service. We do not share your information with any outside services.
How do we use the data?
To send monthly e-newsletters intended to enrich your visit to Santa Fe and to make your stay with La Fonda on the Plaza more enjoyable.
To process transactions. We do not sell, share, or exchange your personal information to or with any company without your consent, other than confirming your reservation via Synxis.
To provide better, more personalized service by responding to e-mail concerns, requests for proposals, or questions you may have about the hotel.
Third party websites that are accessed through links from the La Fonda on the Plaza website have their own security measures and privacy and data collection practices. We have no control over these third party websites and assume no responsibility or liability for the practices, policies, and security measures implemented by third parties on their websites.
Deleting your Account Information
You may unsubscribe from your Friends of La Fonda subscription at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the e-newsletter or by clicking here. However, content or other data that is not part of your user account such as comments on our blog, View from the Plaza, will remain on the site at our discretion. If you no longer want to receive notices from our blog, you must unsubscribe from the service.
