Pendleton Cedar Canyon Blanket
Created by Native American artist Ramona Sakiestewa, this USA-made wool blanket pays homage to the strength and utility of the cedar tree, considered by many tribes to be sacred. Bark and berries from can be used for medicine and food, with wood used for building and carving. This pattern embraces the colors of the tree, with an enclosing, protective diamond at the center.
